2015 WORK SPACE/ URBAN+ HIGHRISE

We move the thinking of office space from “SPACE-DRIVEN” to “OPEN PLAN OFFICE” to “FREE PLAN OFFICE”.
We want to show, that we can substitute most of the substantial investments in separation walls and all the works following from this, into investment in composing landscapes with flexible interior design and new furniture concepts. Here the users and organizations themselves can be in charge of how they organize their workplace and focus on mobility, flexibility, corporate identity values that can translate directly into the way a specific workplace is designed. Aspects which are inherent to the METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION. In terms of INDOOR CLIMATE and where this is linked to energy consumption we basically have to provide 4 fundamental conditions: LIGHT, AIR, TEMPERATURE and ACOUSTICS.
